How will I be paid when the product sells?

There are two options:

Bank Account
Funds are deposited in to your nominated bank account.

Fishpond.com.au Credit
Your money is deposited into your Fishpond.com.au account. It can then be used on any purchase from our range of Books, Music, Movies straight away.

A deposit will be made into your account 10 - 14 business days after the last shipment. For first time sellers your first payment will be made 30 business days after the last shipment date.

Examples of deposits based on shipment dates:

Seller with 2-5 days shipping time deposit would be made 15-19 business days after the order has been confirmed as shipped.

Seller with 11-25 days shipping time deposit would be made 35-39 business days after the order has been confirmed as shipped.

Seller with 28-32 days shipping deposit would be made 42-46 business days after the order has been confirmed as shipped.

You can update your bank account number by clicking the Edit Your Seller Information link in the 'Sell Yours Management' section of My Account.

Note: This will update the account number on all of your existing listings.

Please note: From January 2024 we do not offer PayPal as a payment method. This means that if you have sold products in to Australia via fishpond.com.au, we will only be able to remit payments to an Australian bank account or as Fishpond credit.
