Troubleshooting: I can’t list an item for sale

Product category errors:

From time to time we receive erroneous data from our suppliers which may prevent items being listed on our site corretly.

If you don’t see a “Sell Yours” button on the product page or If you get an error 'we currently do not accept items in this product category' but your item is in a Book, Music or Movie & TV category; the product may be miscategorised.

Please contact us to request the product category be checked for an error. Include a screenshot of the product page and the barcode of the title you are trying to add.
