I would like Fishpond to erase my customer data, how do I request this?

We are sorry to see you go!

To have your account and customer data permanently erased, email to request the deletion. When we receive your request we will send you an email to verify the deletion; simply click on the link included in the email to confirm.

Please note:

  • This process is not reversible, you will need to sign up for a new account if you would like to use our services again in the future
  • Please download any invoices before verifying the deletion; once deleted this data cannot be retrieved
  • If you have an open order with us, your account cannot be deleted until after your order has shipped
  • If you have multiple accounts set up with the same email address (e.g. for Australia and New Zealand) both accounts will be deleted
