What is an Unreliable Supplier Product?
Unreliable suppliers or sellers are third parties that sell on Fishpond but have a poor history of filling orders on time. They are only shown when Fishpond has no other suppliers from normal channels and are there to give you the option to buy for low availability items.
Buying an item with an 'unreliable seller' warning could mean that your order won't arrive and will have to be cancelled.
A full refund will be made if the order is not able to be filled and you can cancel at any time before shipment is made.
Delivery times can also be long at 4-8 weeks.
You should consider these factors, and decide if you would still like to buy or find an alternative item or you might decide it's best not to buy it.
Unreliable suppliers are monitored regularly and if they are later found to be performing better the label and warnings will be removed.
