I have a gift voucher, how do I use it?

You can use your gift voucher in two ways:

1. You can enter your voucher code at checkout.

Simply add an item to your shopping cart and proceed through checkout as usual. On the page that asks for payment, enter the voucher code in the "Gift Vouchers/Discount Coupons" box and the voucher will be deducted from the order total.

2. You can apply the gift voucher to your Fishpond account by visiting Manage my gift vouchers on My Account.

Enter your gift voucher code in the "Add Voucher" field and click "Update". This will credit the value of the voucher to your Fishpond account.

To apply this credit to an order, simply tick the "Apply your credit balance of $... to this order?" box in the payments section on checkout.

You can view your voucher balance at any time by clicking the View Cash Rewards Earnings Report link on My Account.

Note: Gift vouchers expire three years from the date they were issued and can only be redeemed on the site they were purchased through.
